The Community Safety Team works in partnership to reduce crime and disorder and the fear of crime in the Vale of Glamorgan.

**About the role**
Pay Details: Grade 6, SCP 14-19, £25,409 - £27,852

Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37 hours - Monday - Friday

Main Place of Work: Barry Police Station / remote working

Temporary - 9 month contract from start date - secondment opportunity

**Description**:
We require an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Community Safety Team. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a creative and dynamic team to develop and co-ordinate the Multi Agency response for safeguarding victims of domestic abuse.

- The ability to set up and monitor data collection systems.
- Prepared to work unsocial hours when required to attend evening meetings.
- Ability to drive/travel throughout the Vale between locations as appropriate.
