Our client is an established Private Members Club in Edinburgh who are looking for a Banqueting Head Waiter to support the Management and team in the continued delivery of excellent service.
If you thrive on the buzz of fast paced Conference & Event & Catering environment and have a passion for good food and amazing customer service then this is the role for you.
We are looking for an experienced Banqueting Head Waiter to join the existing busy Banqueting team. They have an array of function rooms which means they can cater for all sizes and types of functions from corporate business meetings, weddings, private lunchesand dinners.
The role:

- Running functions as necessary.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to guests and ensuring that all requests are met and satisfaction is achieved.
- Overseeing the Banqueting waiters and assigning them daily tasks.
- Assist with the training and development of staff.
- Ensuring the highest service standards are maintained on a consistent basis.
- Adhering to Health and Safety procedures at all time.
- Working alongside other departments to ensure all events run smoothly and as per guest requirements.
- Communication of all relevant information to the necessary departments either during or following events.
The ideal Banqueting Head Waiter will:

- Have a proven record as a Head Waiter.
- Experience in delivering exceptional standards.
- Have an eye for detail.
- Be a great communicator and primarily be guest focussed.
- Be determined to create a memorable customer experience.
- Possess strong team leadership skills.
- Be a great communicator.
- Have previous experience in training and developing staff
- Be highly organised
