You will aim to significantly increase the number of customers using O2 / FTZ Ltd Business Products & Services by creating confirmed leads to Business Development Managers who will work with you to join an award-winning network.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create valuable leads by cold calling businesses
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads for further follow-up
- You will assist the Business Development Managers in securing and managing client accounts;
- You will actively seek to close your own sales for small-scale business contracts;
- You will use account management software (CRM) to effectively manage client accounts;
- You will play an integral role within our sales team, working towards achieving individual and team targets, whilst ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement in the long-term
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in Salesforce or similar CRM system

**Essential Criteria**
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professional telephone manner
- Previous sales / outbound calling experience;
- Strong work ethic and resilience;
- Good team worker and ability to perform within a growing team
- Strong willingness to help grow the business

**Desirable Criteria**

Experience of B2B sales / Lead Generation experience
