Duties:

- Assist optometrists and opticians with patient care and eye examinations - Prepare patients for eye examinations and contact lens fittings
- Manage reception duties including booking appointments and handling enquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory of optical products.

Experience:

- Previous experience in an optical setting is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of ocular anatomy and optical terminology is advantageous
- Proficiency in using optical equipment and tools is beneficial
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail are essential
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues
