We are currently looking for exceptional people to join our team and have a great opportunity for a **General Assistant**.

As a General Assistant you will be expected to assist in all operation departments within the hotel including nights.

**Key Requirements of the role**:

- Assist the day to day running of the hotel operation, across various departments to suit the needs of the business.
- Maintain the required level of communication with the Duty Manager and with departmental colleagues ensuring efficiency.
- Ability to prioritise tasks as required and having a good eye for detail and organisational skills.
- To ensure Health and Safety, fire safety and security procedures are adhered to whilst providing excellent, customer service.
- Ensure all Company standards are maintained.

A wake-up service can also be provided on request.
