***Key Responsibilities as Reservation Consultant**
- Process all telephone enquiries for Reservations in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner
- Delivering excellent service and providing all the relevant information guests need for their stay
- Update availability on the hotels global distribution (GDS) when required
- Handle timely contract distribution, and accurately manage cancellations and amendments
- Knowledge about hotel services, local attractions, and nearby landmarks to enhance upselling and boost revenue

- A high level of professionalism in all interactions, upholding the reputation of the hotel through exemplary conduct
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate reservation processing
- Capability to handle a high volume of bookings and tasks with precision and thoroughness
