**So, what does the role of a Telemarketing Advisor here involve?**

The main purpose of the role is to generate opportunities, data and appointments for regional and area businesses. You will work with Area and Regional Manging Directors to agree a calling strategy and you will execute the agreed calling strategy in accordance with target KPIs.

Full training is provided when you join to ensure you feel confident in your role. There is also opportunity to earn a generous quarterly bonus.

**What experience does a Telemarketing Advisor need?**
- Excellent spoken English
- Outgoing and engaging telephone manner
- Resilience in the face of rejection
- Ability to follow scripts and adapt to client needs
- Flexibility to manage challenging workloads at short notice
- Works well in a team environment
