Our client is a leading engineering defence business located in the Wolverhampton area. Looking for a Manual Grinder machinist to join the engineering team for a day’s position working Monday to Friday on a double days shift. The role is a permanent positionand comes with an extensive benefits package including private healthcare and life assurance.

Key Responsibilities -Manual Grinder
- Set up and operate Manual Machines
- Machine to the required specification of the product.
- Use precision measuring equipment to check product specification
- Help with the inspection of inwards goods and materials
- Use manual grinders to work on jig's
- Perform any necessary bench work
- Perform surface grinding using hand tools
- Report any broken machines or tool to managment
- Follow and all company procedures and roles at all times

Qualifications & Requirements - Manual Grinder
- Minimum two year's experience as a Grinder Machinist
- Be able to read and understand engineering drawings
- Minimum of 2 years machine shop experience
