Job Overview:
We are looking for a diligent and energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideally suited for students taking a gap year who are looking to gain work experience while managing their time effectively. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our products are prepared and managed efficiently from our warehouse/office to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Order Processing: Accurately pick items from our inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Packing:Pack orders securely, ensuring that items are prepared to meet our quality standards for delivery.
- Dispatch:Coordinate with couriers to ensure that all orders are ready for pick-up and delivery according to schedule.
- Returns Management: Assess and process returned items, steam dresses, repack them, and restock items efficiently to maintain inventory accuracy.

Hours:

- Part-time position requiring availability 5 days a week from 12.30 PM to 4.30 PM.
- Additional hours may be required occasionally, and advance notice will be provided.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- No previous experience required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Pay: £9.87-£12.00 per hour
