We are looking for passionate and committed Support Workers to work with us on delivering community outreach and short breaks for children with learning disabilities and their families. Working in conjunction with the local authority, we have been contracted to serve individuals and families throughout the North East, including children with complex needs such as learning disabilities and autism.

**Essential Criteria**
- NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in Health and Social Care or Willingness to Undertake Training to Achieve This
- 12 Months of Experience Working within a Similar Role Either in Community, Residential, or Schools
- Be Able to Support with Potentially Challenging Behaviours within the Environment and in the Community
- You Must Have the Right to Work in the UK
