**Who we are looking for**:
A Sub Editor in the Marketing Delivery team, who will be responsible for creating and delivering promotional campaigns to targeted customers on a global scale, a role expected to soon see significant growth.
The Marketing Delivery team is responsible for delivering marketing mechanics that promote upcoming sport events, reward customer loyalty and prompt user engagement with our Sportsbook.
You will be responsible for maintaining the team’s marketing schedule, which holds key information on offer requirements, target customer groups, marketing channels and delivery timings. You will be assigned your own campaigns to execute from start to finish and you will be expected to effectively manage multiple campaigns and their unique requirements at once.
Working days for this role are Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:30pm, with flexibility during busy periods to cover weekends. Full training for all elements of the role is provided.

- Proven ability to quickly adapt to new concepts and tool functionality.- Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines.- Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Operationally minded with the ability to work effectively in process-driven environments.- Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge and problem-solving skills.- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing requirements at short notice.- Self-motivation with exceptional planning, communication and time management skills.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in campaigns before publishing to customers, with an enthusiasm to complete work to a high standard.- Highly enthusiastic with a willingness to learn and improve.- Previous experience of using marketing communication tools is advantageous but not essential.- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management is advantageous but not essential.Read more

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Creating and maintaining global marketing schedules.- Generating recipient lists, ensuring they are correct and compatible with our communication tools.- Filtering data to create targeted groups of predefined customers.- Assisting in the creation of processes to ensure a high standard of output is consistently maintained.- Reporting on marketing campaigns to provide send figures and other required analysis.- Building and testing customer communications using various tools in order to promote relevant offers.- Checking validity of customer data to ensure that marketing content is correctly delivered to customers.- Sending marketing communications to customers based on the Sporting Calendar.- Liaising with other departments to ensure delivery of marketing campaigns, and communication of delivery to relevant stakeholders.- Taking on Ad-Hoc projects requiring content creation.Read more
