**How will you make a difference?**:
As a **Payroll Co-ordinator **, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the UK and Ireland payroll with our payroll provider. You will work closely with your colleagues in the P & C team to ensure all monthly changes ( e.g. new starters, leavers, adjustments to salaries etc ) are updated correctly in our systems and transferred to our payroll provider to be actioned every month.

Whilst no two days are the same, your key responsibilities will revolve around:
**Primary point of contact - **You will be the focal point for queries from our employees, managers, and government bodies, providing the communication link with our payroll provider. Act as an authoritative resource on payroll matters for both UK and Ireland, guiding and supporting the P & C team, logging any issues and tracking to resolution.

**Regulation Mastery - **You will stay up to date with changes to regulations regarding for example sick pay, maternity/paternity/shared parental pay, minimum wage changes for both UK and Ireland.

**Timesheet Administration** - You will be a super user for our Time and Attendance system, ensuring joiners and leavers are updated and all timesheets are complete and correctly authorised in time for processing monthly through payroll.

**Pension Liaison **- Key contact point between our employees, pension providers and payroll for both UK and Ireland, leveraging your knowledge of pension scheme regulations.

**Data and Reporting - **You will collaborate with your P & C colleagues providing accurate information for sickness absence processing, holiday allocation and reporting and submitting the necessary documentation. You will also verify the accuracy of P & C and financial data for input onto the payroll system. Utilise your grasp of applicable terms and conditions to precisely process pay and pay variations.

To succeed you will have the following:
**Payroll knowledge**:Thorough understanding of Payroll and statutory obligations and requirements.

**Adaptability -** You will have the ability to work in an environment of continuous change and different challenges. With a positive attitude and willingness to learn, lead, and improve.

**Confidentiality - **Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and address sensitive situations.

**Organisation - **You must have the ability to use your own initiative, prioritise tasks, work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

**System Savy -** You are computer literate and confident in using MS office and Payroll systems, bonus points if you have used ADP payroll systems.

**Education**
- CIPP or equivalent qualification
