Videographer

We are recruiting for a skilled Videographer and Post-Production Designer to join a Creative team for a strategic consulting and marketing agency specialising in the retail financial services industry.

Responsibilities include:

- Reporting to the creative director, you will be helping to setup and grow this relatively new service line for filming and creative production (video and sound recording)
- In addition to post-production, video and animation, you will be part of a wider team that produces digital and written content
- The role will involve regular interaction with clients, as well as close collaboration with your creative colleagues, bringing experience to the team. You will provide a seamless service that surpasses client briefs, whilst ensuring the delivery of on-brand creative material
- Essential to your role is research into new techniques to produce creative and versatile videos as well as building strong client relationships with key stakeholders to grow the video offering to new clients

Experience
- 3 years minimum videography shooting and camera skills with a strong portfolio of projects
- Editing video footage to add motion graphics effects/elements that enhance the final result
- The ability to create and deliver video and animation for various media platforms
- Working with the creative team to select audio, video, colours, animation, etc.
- You must be skilled and confident on set, instructing everyone on how to create the perfect content
- Capable of editing to a high standard with the ability to plan, execute and direct as needed to achieve our clients desired outcomes
- The ability to storyboard and use initiative to make compelling content for client projects
- Colour grading and creative use of typography and effects
- Not afraid to use trial and error to create experimental concepts that might not make final edits but show creative flair
- The ability to use Microsoft Office and Creative Cloud software such as Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Word, PPT and Excel

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
