A very exciting opportunity has arisen due to the continued growth of the college, we are seeking to appoint a dynamic, energetic and confident individual Schools Liaison and Admissions Team.

We are looking for an individual to join us who is enthusiastic about working with young people to inform and inspire their future. Someone who has the ability to motivate and excite a range of personalities about the opportunities at Franklin. We are looking to recruit someone who has an experience of working with young people and an understanding of what this brings, someone who has the confidence to adapt their approach and delivery styles to suit various audiences and situations whilst working with integrity and drive to deliver information, advice and guidance for student recruitment at Franklin.

The Schools Liaison Officer will support the drive the approach and delivery of the College’s Schools Liaison and Admissions Team, working with other colleagues at the same level to develop and deliver various events, schools activities, promotional and information events and also carry out admissions duties in-order to support of young-people of their journey to a dream future, ensuring that Franklin becomes a natural next step for school leavers.

The College is currently going through a journey of growth in which this partnership and liaison work is extremely important, we are looking to develop and deliver in innovative engaging ways. You will be part of a fast-paced team of committed individuals who have a joined-up passion for working with and, supporting young people on their journey to a dream future.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for supporting young people, delivering outstand customer service, marketing and communication to come forward, experience in working with young people is essential for this role.

The salary range for this role is in line with the Sixth Form Colleges Support Staff Pay, Spine Points 11- 17 £24,138 - £28,947 full time equivalent. As this role is part time the actual salary is £12,069 -£14,473. The starting salary will be dependent on previous experience and qualifications.
