We are a B2B maintenance company looking for a full-time multi trades person to carry out a wide range of multi trade work in residential properties across the West Midlands.

We are looking for someone with high standards of finishing, with the ability to identify and carry out the right solutions for the issues presented to us by our clients.

We are based in Walsall, but you will be required to work in different areas across the region.

A driver's licence, own van/ vehicle and own tools are essential and an allowance will be paid.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
