As the face of Horder Healthcare Seaford, we are on the lookout for a **Clinical Receptionist and Administrator **to join us and help support all administrative aspects of our valued patient’s journeys.

From the initial meet and greet either by phone or face to face, to managing appointment scheduling and the preparation of case notes and management referrals, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to offer first class administration support to both our patients and employees.

Based from Horder Healthcare Seaford, this is a part-time role, permanent role, offering great flexibility alongside a generous benefits package. _This is a 24-hour week contract, split over 3 x 8-hour shifts on a rota pattern._

**About you**:

- Excellent communication skills, to help build those all-important and respected relationships with your colleagues and our patients.
- Prior experience within an administrative support role.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills organisation and prioritisation is key in this role
- IT savvy we like to mix it up and use a few different software programs
