An internationally known Automotive company is now looking for a team of 5 Accounts Payable Assistants
**Your new company**
An internationally recognised automotive company based in Woking is now looking for a team of 5 Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team for 2 months.
**Your new role**
Your new role duties will include the following responsibilities: Vendor accounts are certified by matching monthly statements and associated transactions. Handle old documents by filing records. Process all types of payment methods, You will be running vendorpurchase ledger. Including month end closure. Respond to ad hoc queries from both internal & external stakeholders.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You need to have an in depth understanding of Purchase Ledger. Prior accounting experience of working in a fast paced work environment and prioritising work, be highly numerate and well organised. You're expected to have excellent organisational and multi-taskingskills to stay calm under pressure.
