**Full Job Description**
We provide a design and build service for both commercial and residential Clients.
In particular, extensions, loft conversions and house renovations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
To effectively and efficiently complete general building work across various aspects of a building site in the London areas so that work is delivered within time, to budget and to desired quality.
You will be able and willing to follow instructions as set out by the Site Manager or Supervisor and ensure quality work.
You must be able and willing to follow the identified safe systems of work
You should be aligned with our Company values, with a positive attitude and sense of humour, and will always be professional and courteous
You must be a team player who embraces challenges, open to new ideas, and willing to undertake training to enhance your professional capabilities
**Key Requirements**:
CSCS Green Card
Multi task and work both on own initiative and to instructions
Willingness to be ‘hands on’ in order to foster a positive working environment and utilise all skills and resources available on site
Excellent **ATTENTION TO DETAILS** and ability to check your own work
Good standard of understanding of Health and Safety issues and willingness to take responsibility for your own safety and that of others, including reporting any and all Health & Safety issues to Site Managers for action
Must be conscious of maintaining a good working environment and clean and tidy welfare facilities
Proven experience of delivering quality work on prestigious project sites
Experience of working with other operatives, dealing with residents and following instruction as per a client’s specification of works
**Key Skills**:
Groundworks - setting out, excavating, formwork, concrete works, drainage works
Reinforced concrete slabs, screeding
Demolition - temporary support works and breaking out
Steel works - steel box frames, padstones and steel beams

**Salary**: £120.00-£190.00 per day

- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Scaffolding: 1 year (preferred)
- Building & Hardscape Construction Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
- Construction: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
