Solar Service Solutions is making a big impact on the Solar PV & Thermal market in Southern England and we’re looking for a super organised and experienced Office Administrator to join our expanding team.
This is a great opportunity to become part of a very fast growing industry and to work with a dynamic team that has ambitious growth plans.
You will be a key member of our team providing excellent customer service and support to the Sales and Customer Service teams. Experience within the solar industry would be an advantage.
The Role:
- Handling inbound calls from customers
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Booking in jobs
- Use of CRM system
- Customer service calls
- Provide admin support to the sales team
- Updating databases and brochures
- Processing Sales Orders & Contracts
- Quoting jobs
- General office administration
- Help in other departments during busy times
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years previous experience working within administration role
- Experience within Solar PV industry would be an advantage
- Confident telephone manner and excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work on own initiative to a high standard in a small team
- Excellent written communication and numeracy skills
- Proven IT skills using MS Office including Excel to produce reports
- Ability to work accurately meeting tight deadlines
- Interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation skills
