Hgv Mechanic

We are looking for an experienced HGV Mechanic to join our team and work on our fleet of HGV vehicles and trailers at our Carnforth site.

The job will also involve working at our bagging sites across the North West of England, North Wales & Southern Scotland. Having knowledge of conveyors and electric motors would be advantageous but not essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair mechanical problems.
- Perform regular maintenance on vehicles.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify problems.
- Test and inspect parts for wear and tear.
- Replace worn or defective parts.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Follow safety procedures when working with tools and machinery.

**Salary**: £34,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
