We’re currently looking for a Process Technologist to join our team in Haverfordwest on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Process Technologist, you will implement process and continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing processes and sites.

Specifically, you will manage and measure the positive impact that these changes have made to our company processes. You will work to optimise our operations and ensure we remain in line with regulations as well as upskilling colleagues through training and coaching.

Your improvements will increase our capital without compromising our high-quality products nor standards. You will strive to decrease our consumption of energy, regularly testing our systems to ensure consistency and efficiency, and focus on verification, validation and optimisation in our sites and systems.

About You

**To be considered as a Process Technologist, you will need**:

- Process operations and/or engineering experience
- Experience of working with multi-functional teams to work within disciplined processes and timeframes
- Wide knowledge of processes used in food manufacturing
- The ability to communicate, report and devise solutions in collaboration with others
- The ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment
- Strong influencing skills
- Good numerical and computer literacy skills: Word, Excel, Outlook
- An analytical mind
- At a minimum, A-Levels or equivalent in a scientific discipline (such as physics, chemistry, maths, biology or food science)
