**We are looking for an amazing new partner, who is looking for Full time position here in Hamilton Starbucks Retail Park, ML3 0BN**

**Full time *Fully Flexible Monday to Sunday**

**Your Starbucks store is an important part of the local community. You'll help your store and fellow partners make connections with the customers they see every day. **Summary of Key Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following**:

- **Displays a "customer comes first" attitude Going out your way to make every moment right for the customer.**
- **Follow all H&S protocol and operational procedure's to a high standard.**
- **Receptive to ongoing coaching and feedback**
- **Drives the implementation of company programs by meeting operational and organisational objectives.**
- **Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.**
- **Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.**
- **Available to work flexible hours this may include a total of 32 or more hours per week.**
- **Contract is set at 16 hours per week.**
- **One or more years of experience in a role that requires frequent interaction with customers, fulfilling the requests of customers and responsibility for addressing customer issues, questions and suggestions.**
