We are currently recruiting for a Care Assistants [ Domiciliary, live-in, sittings day & night, respite, palliative ]to professionally and thoughtfully deliver care during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of our service users. To provide care to service users in accordance with their individually assessed needs to a high standard. Every day and every client is different. You will support your clients with a range of activities including personal care, medication, hydration, nutrition, companionship, health and well-being

You must have the following qualifications:

- Care Certificate beneficial
- NVQ qualification is preferred but not essential
- Valid Driving Licence preferred but not essential, and must have your own reliable car.

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

- Experience of working with older people
- Knowledge and use assessment tools
- Understand care planning processes
- Use of Electronic Care Planning

We are looking for someone with the following technical skills:

- IT Literate
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to contribute to, monitor and implement changes that improvement service delivery and outcomes for service users
- Ability to be flexible with regard to working hours
- Builds effective and credible relationships both internally and externally
- Works collaboratively with others sharing ideas and information at all times
- Effectively builds trust with a consistent approach between actions and words
- Has the ability to raise standards through innovation and new ideas
- Will take responsibility for issues and resolve them
- Able to cope in difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to build rapport and positively influence others
- Ability to inspire professionalism

**Salary**: £26,500.00-£38,000.00 per year
