Ecommerce Digital Marketing Executive

Acorn is currently recruiting for an Ecommerce Digital Marketing Executive on behalf of their client
The Role:
This role will support the digital team in developing and executing best in class online user experiences whilst maintaining stock and reporting in line with commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the E-Commerce team to formulate and execute all strategic and tactical activity for the Consumer D2C online channels by country in order to exceed annual sales targets.
- Work with the Campaign and Acquisition team to create campaigns and drive traffic to the company website.
- Work within team to review online results ensuring that analytics are developed and delivered on time in full.
- Drive the use and understanding of data to identify areas of opportunity for user testing. Analysing results to seek out insights that drive change in how TRM continuously improve their processes.
- Help to inform the testing team to improve user experience through regular feedback.
- Support the team and Business Unit directors with data and product reporting
- Maintain a key focus on CX through data analysis
- Invest their time into AB/MVT testing for price points/offers with different content and calls to action for the offers
- Routinely monitor/benchmark inspirational and competitor sites with a view to drive change and improve existing experience through our own site staying updated on the changing consumer behaviours and merchandising trends.
- Regularly review of the site to ensure the best online user experience is offered to both new and existing customers.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Relevant qualifications e.g. relevant degree or recognised marketing qualification would be advantageous
- Experience in the use of websites and browsers is essential
- Experience in the Microsoft Office package is essential
- A good understanding of UX is essential
- Knowledge of / experience in data analytics is desirable
