Kinaxia Logistics are looking to recruit a Group Marketing Executive (maternity cover) to join their team based in Warrington. The Group Marketing Executive will be responsible to the People Services Director for the consistent delivery and integration of the Kinaxia Group Marketing Strategy across the Group to meet key business objectives for brand development, engagement and business growth.

**About the job**:

- Assist the People Services Director with monitoring and controlling departmental expenditure and supplier performance to ensure effective cost control within agreed budgets.
- Assist the People Director with creating, implementing and maintaining an internal communication strategy which meets the needs of our people.
- Work collaboratively with the Functional MD’s and sales team to define and implement a clear and standardised customer journey with an effective customer satisfaction process which provides measurable opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Assist the Operating Board with the creation and implementation of a national brand which is unique within the industry, acknowledges our history and journey whilst promoting the growth and development of the Group.
- Create, execute and maintain a digital marketing strategy which supports the growth of the group through our customers, people and products.
- Work collaboratively with the Functional MD’s and sales team to create and maintain a portfolio of sales material which drives potential and recurring customers to the developmental growth of our functional products and services.
- Lead, develop and motivate direct reports to ensure they reach their full potential and subsequently contribute to the overall performance of the business and deliver a world class service.
- Coordinate events for both departmental and promotional occasions enabling the business to demonstrate continuity and connectivity to the brand.
- Responsible for collaborating with ten individual subsidiary ‘marketing champions’ to maintain consistency and quality of group output being mindful of varying business cultures, historic practice and associated sensitivities when rolling out and implementing change in order to maintain engagement and avoid obstruction.

**Your knowledge and experience**:

- English and Mathematics - GCSE min
- Communication - Level 3 or above (Desirable)
- Marketing Degree _- _(Desirable)
- Digital awareness for social media platforms
- Digital awareness for web and CMS platforms
- SEO and PPC concepts
- GDPR legislation
- Print and physical output language
- All Microsoft software and office packages
- Press and media writing protocol
- Use of social media platforms
- Management of CMS
- Creative writing for PR, Comms, Press
- Event management
- Delivery of brand development objectives
