Due to new contracts and projects, we have an opportunity to join our team as a Marine Operative. The Marine Operative role is based within our Marine Operations Team and is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of Forth Logistics Marine Services projects. Our Head Office is in Dalgety Bay, Fife and the majority of our vessels are based at Port Edgar, South Queensferry.

Summary of Position/Key Tasks:

- Skipper/Crew Company Vessels
- Jetty watch-keeping duties
- Line handling duties, safety boat, oil spill response, crew runs, stores runs etc.
- Understanding vessel specific and job specific procedures
- Safety Equipment Management
- Linesman/Banksman
- Vessel Maintenance and Housekeeping
- Manual Handling
- Record Keeping/RAMS
- Completion of all required paperwork including Boat Logs and Oil Spill Response Paperwork

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

When would you be available to attend a Boat Trial week commencing 20/03 and 27/03?
- Are you able to work at short notice? With best endeavours, jobs will be booked with at least 24 hours notice, but this is not always possible so flexibility is required.

Licence/Certification:

- Sea Survival Certificate (required)
- ENG1 or ML5 Medical (required)

Shift availability:

- Day shift (required)
- Night shift (required)
- Overnight shift (required)
