**Job Summary**:
Serving beverages to residents and non-residents in the hotel bars including serving functions such as weddings. Quality, service and high standards are very important in the department to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations

**You will have**:
Excellent communication and customer care skills and are looking for someone who cares about ensuring our customers have a great experience that they will remember and will make them want to return. Must be a team player.

**Responsibilities include**:
Managing the Beverage service to consistently high standards

Effectively controlling the flow of customers and orders throughout service

To be smart and presentable for work at all times.

To be punctual for shifts

To be honest trustworthy and reliable in you’re everyday duties

To ensure the bar is ready for service at the start of your shift

To keep the bar, store and customer areas tidy at all times

Ensuring you maximise all sales opportunities

Dealing with any customer queries in an appropriate manner

Responsibility for accurate management of all transactions during service

Experience making and delivering cocktails would be an advantage
