**Installations Planner**

**£24,000 per annum**

**Leicester (Syston)**

**37.5 hours**

The position is a key part within the Installations Planning team, working with the engineers to ensure the successful work is prioritised and escalated as and when its required. The role will require you to work with stakeholder and engineers to pre populate work on a weekly basis making sure that all work is carried out in a timely, effective and organised manor.

**The Role**:

- Assist with completing the electrical inspection program for liquid customers
- Update in-house CRM system with new contact/customer details
- Be able to interpret engineering reports to enable subsequent remedial work to be scheduled
- Ensure that any reactive work reported as part of the inspections are managed as per in-house procedures
- Ordering all kit & materials required for the engineers to complete the inspections/tasks
- Production of monthly productivity reports

**About You**:

- Have the ability to interpret technical data and work within compliancy restraints
- Have worked in a regulatory guided environment previously
- Able to build and maintain internal & external working relationships
- Be able to communicate with customers directly, handle and champion any issues that might arise
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages
