Control Room Operator

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Duty Controllers (Day/Night) Hours Days 06:00 - 18:00 / 18:00 - 06:00
- Monitor all CCTV activations and escalate accordingly
- Monitor check calls every hour and escalate if needed.
- Ensure all staff Book On/Off, Chase any late calls
- Make sure all day-to-day tasks are completed by the end of your shift if not possible add to HANDOVER and state why.
- Book Access visits to guarding sites for clients and their contractors and inform the relevant people, always reply back to the client.
- Perform site checks with our Engineers that are on-site with the assist of IMMIX
- Escalate operational activity in accordance with SOP’s & any contract requirements
- Full training will be provided on the above.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
