**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
We are Griffin Lodge, set in large grounds and close links to Stockport and Manchester, we’re a brilliant place to live and work. Griffin Lodge is a Residential care home and we have 12 people living here, who all have their own rooms with an en-suite bathroom and they all share a communal living area. We are 9 gentlemen and 3 ladies ranging between 20-50- we are all brilliant and have a great sense of humour, we all have different personalities and interests. We each have our own personalised support plans and care packages, making sure we are supported in the right way which is a person-centred way.

There are always 10-12 Advanced support workers on site in the day and 4-5 at night. There are around 45 staff employed at our service. The home is staffed 24 hours a day and the shifts a built around us.

Our home is based in Heald Green and is very close to the motorway, Manchester Airport and also good bus routes. The train station is only a 20 minute walk away. There is a large supermarket and other amenities close by and lots of green open spaces to explore.
- Prior experience of working in care is required for this role and a Level 3 in Social Care is desirable. If you have a strong background as a support worker, with any specialist training or other skills and experiences that you can bring to this role, we will give you all the support that you need to succeed***
