Blackwood are currently looking to recruit a Handyperson role for our care home in Stirling.

We are looking for someone who can support the routine checks of buildings and equipment, including, fire prevention and detection equipment, boiler room, electric switch room and back-up batteries. You will also oversee the reporting of faults or defects and carrying out minor maintenance tasks in line with company and regulatory standards. Ideally you will already have some related trade qualification or experience with a desirable knowledge of health and safety but an essential range of DIY skills to fulfil the role.
