One of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking for a passionate, personable and resourceful Business Partner to come in and help drive the promotion of Social and Sustainability related values across the **Healthcare segment of their UK Business.**

Here, you will work heavily with stakeholders delivering services across engineering maintenance, cleaning, catering, front of house, porterage and so on across various public sector Trusts in the UK

This role is crucial to the company's operation as a responsible and sustainable business, especially in the acquisitions of new contracts with potential clients keen to explore the employer's commitment and in house resource to ensuring certain values

This is a fantastic role for someone to drive their career within Social Values working within a world class organisation.

Actions will include:

- Manage the implementation of the employer's UK&I sustainability and social value strategy and reporting framework across all in scope Healthcare key accounts
- Monitor performance and ensure the evidenced delivery of sustainability commitments across all in scope Healthcare key accounts in line with agreed KPIs and reporting requirements
- Work with the Performance Manager to design processes for sustainability and social value data capture at account level to enable robust reporting on sustainability outcomes
- Act as the Healthcare SME for sustainability and social value across contracts and with customers to improve delivery, business capability and the perception of the employer as the sustainability partner of choice.
- Engage and build relationships with Healthcare key account directors on the delivery of sustainability and social value commitments.

We need from you:

- Some relavant experience
- Understanding of the social value landscape in the UK, with knowledge of the Social Value Act and PPN 06/20
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders to understand challenges, design new ways of working, and share insights.
