**Job Profile for Building Control Surveyor - DM252466**

Our client, a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy, based in Leeds, are currently seeking a Building Control Surveyor due to continued growth. The Building Surveyor will be working across both the residential and commercial sector.

**Building Control SurveyorPosition Overview**
- Carry out site inspections
- Write inspection reports and issue completion certificates
- Survey unsafe buildings, giving advice or approving their demolition
- Ensure project runs smoothly from inception to completion, whilst ensuring compliance with the building regulations.

**Building Control SurveyorPosition Requirements**
- Holds a RICS Accredited Degree in Building Surveying
- Experience within the construction industry
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within the industry
- Ideally experience in writing reports and building surveys on residential properties
- Commutable distance to Leeds

**Building Control SurveyorPosition Remuneration**
- Competitive Salary (D.O.E)
- Full APC support
- Holiday allowance
