Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a Data entry / Office Administrator and a Customer Service Agent to work in Portbury for a friendly building supplies business with great staff retention.
Your job duties would include contributing to pricing team and Customer Service with excellent customer service and the ability to meet clients needs.
There are several different roles to the order team, you will be processing claims, so excel skills and attention to detail is key.
Duties for **Administrator** will include:
- Answering queries relating to our products and services
- Process claims correctly
- You must be familiar with working in a busy customer facing environment
- Need to be able to multitask and have a keen eye for detail
- Be driven and self-motivated
- Able to use Microsoft and Excel
Duties for **Customer Service Agent** will include:
- Managing Merchant Orders
- Understanding their supply patterns for branches and sites
- You must be familiar with working in a busy customer facing environment
- Need to be able to multitask and have a keen eye for detail
- Be driven and self-motivated
- Able to use Microsoft and Excel
**The hours for the role: Monday to Friday - 39 hours per week**
**Rotational: 2 weeks of: 7am-3:30pm and then 2 weeks of 8:30am-5pm**
Hourly rate**:£11.00 an hour,**
Overtime **£25.00 per hour**
The start date for the job role an: IMMEDIATE START, interview needed and permanent contracts on offer.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £11.00-£25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
