**About the Role**

Lords & Labradors are a luxury online pet retailer based in Lincolnshire.

As part of our E-Commerce Team, you will be a pivotal part of our journey though fast growth and success. We are looking for a highly motivated, technically capable individual to join our growing E-Commerce Team which works on many different sales channels inducing our main Shopify Store. Your responsibilities will include effectively managing the store ensuring smooth operation, optimisation for performance and driving our online sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Working on multiple sales channels including Shopify, Amazon UK/EU/US, Etsy, Debenhams, NEXT
- Support & influence growth and development of channels
- Monitor performance and health of sales channels.
- Work with the customer service team and marketing team to enhance the buying journey.
- Work with our SEO Agency to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
- Creating effective, highly optimised listings for products on all channels listed above.
- Producing reports for management & forthcoming with ideas for growth.

**About you**
- Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with other members of the team and cross department
- Highly analytical
- Adaptable and detail orientated.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to the team.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in Retail E-Commerce
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience using Shopify
- Experience working with spreadsheets & multiple systems.
- SEO understanding

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

**Education**:
