An exciting opportunity for qualified multi trades and labourers to join an expanding building company based in Bath. All works would start on a self employed basis with possible options in the future of employment. We aim to help team members progress to reach their full potential.
You will be expected to carry out a variety of jobs from maintenance,basic plumbing,carpentry,tiling,plastering and painting and decorating. As directors we understand that all multi trades are stronger in certain fields than overs which can be discussed at interview stage. Understanding of drainage and steel works and being able to read site drawings will also be required.
Our last few projects have ranged from working with property developers, which involved converting 3 to 6 bed houses with extensions and landscaping included. Kitchen and bathroom refurbishments and maintenance to hmo properties.All works are domestic with new builds in the pipeline.
- Rates of pay are competitive but is determined by experience

Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: Up to £44,000.00 per year
