Job Description: Estimator

Experienced sales estimator for landscaping industry covering all west midlands attaending approx 2 appointments per day.

Must have car, laptop and good smart phone.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine accurate cost estimates
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for clients within specified deadlines
- Present estimates to clients and address any questions or concerns they may have
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and related documentation

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Estimator or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
