On behalf of our client we are recruiting for a Production Planner, initially on a minimum 12 month contract, to support the Senior Production Coordinator / Planner and PlantManager by playing a key role in planning the Production order book, using excellentanalytical,problem solving andcommunicationskills.

Keyresponsibilities:

- Plan and prepare production schedules in order to meet business and customerdemands
- Generalcontrol andhousekeepingofProductionWorkOrders
- ReviewingWarehousestockavailability
- Responsibleforestablishingand communicatingdailyworkprioritiestoSupervisorsforthemtodischarge
- CommunicationbetweenProductionandCustomerServiceandPurchasingFunctions
- Effectivecapacitymanagementofproductionlines,materialandlabourresources
- CreationofnewitemnumbersandassociatedBoMinformation inNavision
- Maintainand communicatedepartmentKPI’s
- Proactively seek and implement improvements to the Production planning andexecutionprocesses
- GeneraladministrativedutiesfortheProductionDepartment
