Basic Hrs: Working a rotating twin shift System (Early & Late):

- Early shift Mon - Thurs; Start 06:00 Finish 14:15 incl 20 min paid break; Friday Start 06:00 Finish 12:00 **Total 39 Hrs**:

- Late shift Mon - Wed; start 14:00 Finish 00:30; Thurs start 14:00 Finish 22:30 **Total 40 Hrs**
- Annual holidays 22 days + statutory. Holiday allowance increase by 1 day per year server to a max of 3 additional days i.e. 25 days holiday after 3 years.

**Job Spec**:
**CNC Machinist**
- Must have served a recognised apprenticeship
- Be familiar with working 3 axis & preferably 5 axis milling machines &/or lathes with 5 axis capabilities
- Be competent using Heidehein & Fanuc operating systems
- Be able to set up jobs
- Be able to edit CNC programmes
- Be able to read engineering drawing including an understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Be able to use competently a wide range of measuring equipment
- Be familiar with working to very precise tolerances
- Capable of working with Manufacturing Engineers providing feedback as needed in terms of new product introduction & process improvements
- Preferably familiar with producing Aerospace &/or Medical components working within quality systems specific to those sectors
- Capable of working safely within the Co's Health & Safety procedures
- Capable of working within the Co's Quality Management System procedures
