I am currently working with one my top clients based in central Windsor who is looking for a receptionist to join their reception team. You will be assisting clients and customers by taking calls and transferring them to the right department whilst carrying out general admin or office duties.

This is a great company with a friendly working environment - the office is newly refurbished and they have fabulous culture The business has experienced a lot of growth and expansion the last few months with no sign of slowing down meaning great career progression opportunities.

Performing reception and front of house duties including:

- Answering calls from customers and clients
- Transferring phone calls to the relevant person and departments
- Assisting clients with general inquiries
- Delivering excellent customer service to clients at all times
- Carrying out admin duties including postal duties, filing and some data entry
- Supporting other departments with adhoc admin or office assistant duties
- Meeting and greeting visitors when attending meetings
- Keeping the reception area tidy and offering visitors refreshment
- Handling any deliveries that come through

Requirements needed for receptionist role:

- Excellent communication skills
- Mature approach to work - you will be the first point of contact for clients
- Front of house or customer facing experience
- A basic understanding of general office admin and reception duties
- IT literate

This is a full-time position that offers alternative working hours between Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm and 9am to 6pm. Our client also offers on-site parking and only a short walking distance from Windsor and Eton Central & Riverside station (great links from Slough, Staines, Wraysbury and Reading.
