**What We're Looking For**:
We're seeking a seasoned Floor Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting. This role will be developing within six months so is great for career progession.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead by Example**: Inspire and motivate our dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
- **Floor Management**: Efficiently manage restaurant floor operations, including seating arrangements, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- **Exceptional Service**: Ensure our guests receive a memorable dining experience through attentive, friendly, and personalized service.
- **Staff Coordination**: Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and breaks to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain a high standard of food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
- **Guest Feedback**: Gather and respond to guest feedback, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- **Ambiance Enhancement**: Contribute to creating and maintaining a welcoming and inviting atmosphere that aligns with our restaurant's unique character.

**What You Bring**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting, with a passion for overseeing floor operations.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including reservations, seating, and guest service.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team to deliver outstanding service.
- Attention to detail, ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive impression.
- Problem-solving abilities, a positive attitude, and a dedication to excellence.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with our diverse team and communicate with management.
- A flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure our guests' needs are met.
