The assistant administrator post holder is responsible for the accurate and timely inputting and manipulation of JTC Employer Solutions static and client data to in-house systems within agreed service standards and timeframes. This includes checking and approving work by other members of the Data Management team. Providing general assistance and cover to the rest of the Data Management team, sharing knowledge and best practices where required. Additionally as a member of the Data Management team the post holder will be expected to participate in technology changes and ensure actions are performed successfully and in accordance with agreed project deadlines.

**Main Responsibilities and Duties**:

- To have strong knowledge of and ability to use internal systems effectively and to ensure maintenance of consistent and accurate scheme records
- To update and maintain consistent and accurate Securities and Fund Manager records
- To update and maintain accurate and up to date Fund Prices and investigate inconsistencies in a timely manner.
To update and maintain Member and Client records.
- To update and maintain our Online system
- To maintain control of Investment data by running daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc control reports and completing follow up actions as required.
- To contribute to an inclusive and inspiring team environment with open communication culture
- To maintain an understanding of clients’ requirements to allow technical investigation and response to queries
- To provide efficient administration of all tasks, audit and reporting if required to meet agreed service standards
- To complete all tasks using best practice and compliance with both scheme and JTC polices, rules and regulations including FATCA/CRS
- To contribute to an inclusive and inspiring team environment with open communication culture
- To maintain an understanding of clients’ requirements to allow technical investigation and response to queries
- To take responsibility for organisation of work activities including checking and control to maximise service delivery and efficiency.
- To make every effort to ensure performance targets and quality standards are met and to implement procedural changes to improve the standards
- To support and assist the team members / managers.
- To regularly liaise with other JTC Employer Solution teams specialists and other JTC teams to ensure the efficient and coordinated delivery of service
- To identify, evaluate and report risks to your line manager
- To make suggestions for improvement and complete corrective/ preventative actions in order to reduce operational events and complaints

**Essential Requirements**:

- Strong Data Management, Systems & Processing background
- Ability to demonstrate good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong Organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Completer/finisher - ability to see tasks through to the end
- Numerate
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail whilst dealing with significant volumes of data
