- This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.**Job description**:

- Based in the Base Operations Mission Design & Engineering directorate, the post holder will be required to act as a Maintenance Project Planner and General Engineer. They will develop and manage Maintenance Engineering projects in support of the RAF Menwith Hill infrastructure.

Essential criteria:
HNC or an acceptable combination ONC and work experience in either building and civil engineering or mechanical engineering discipline.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the project management field plus a minimum of 5 years' experience in the facilities management arena, with either mechanical, fire protection and electrical or building plant or building and civil engineering programmes.

An Incorporated Engineering status is desirable but not essential.

The post holder will be required to obtain and maintain a Developed Vetting Enhanced clearance to carry out their full duties.

Applicants for this post must hold UK citizenship and have lived in the UK for 8 of the last 10 years.
