**Responsibilities**:

- Sports Coaching:

- Plan and deliver high-quality coaching sessions for a variety of sports, ensuring they align with Premier Education's standards and guidelines.
- Tailor coaching techniques to accommodate various skill levels and age groups, fostering both skill development and a love for sports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, coaching methodologies, and safety standards to continuously enhance coaching practices.
- Program Development:

- Contribute to the design and development of sports programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of students.
- Collaborate with the program development team to create age-appropriate and engaging curriculum materials.
- Student Engagement:

- Inspire and motivate students to actively participate in sports activities, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their skills and confidence.
- Communication:

- Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and school staff regarding program updates, achievements, and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to extracurricular sports activities.
- Safety and Compliance:

- Prioritize the safety of participants by implementing and enforcing safety protocols during all sports activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including health and safety standards, and obtain necessary certifications as required.
- Event Coordination:

- Assist in organizing and coordinating sports events, competitions, and showcases to showcase students' achievements and foster a sense of community.

Qualifications:

- Coaching experience in various sports.
- Relevant coaching certifications and qualifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for promoting physical activity, teamwork, and positive values.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Understanding of child development and the ability to adapt coaching techniques accordingly.

Pay: £12.00-£17.00 per hour
