Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate all bar activities (including day-to-day running, events, private hires)
- Manage inventory and stock control
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance bar profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and licensing laws
- Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff
- Create innovative drink menus and promotions, using seasonal and high quality ingrediants
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
- Excellent bartending skills with a passion for mixology
- Ability to supervise a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in restaurant management is advantageous
- Passion for Natural Wines in a bonus

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
While we can offer training on the 'Temple way', this would suit someone who has worked in a busy bar before and can use their own self-initiative.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: £11.95-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
