Location - Ruislip

Salary - £20,000- 25,000 per annum (OTE of £35,000 per annum for your first year)

VGC Group are one of the top players in the supply of white and blue collar staff to major construction and infrastructure projects across the UK.

As a result, our technical recruitment team, VGC Personnel, are expanding. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our business and work on our contract recruitment team. A warm desk with a number of terms in place with Tier 1 clients.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Searching for and identifying job leads to pass to the relevant consultant
- Working towards and support with the growth of the business
- Maintaining a positive attitude in the work place

Develop into:

- Managing your own desk and be responsible for its growth in the contract market
- Growth on our existing client base within the permanent market
- Developing a business development strategy for new and current clients/sites
- Bring on new clients and work into the business
- Gain terms and places on preferred suppliers list for companies in our industry

Ingredients required to be successful in the role:

- Willingness to learn and a keen interest in the recruitment market
- Sales experience is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all stakeholders of the business
- Ability to operate under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
