The role will be varied, working across multiple clients and projects on a day to day basis. Whilst the team work together and are always available as 'sounding boards', this role does require working autonomously on projects and therefore managing time effectively is critical.

**Essential Knowledge**

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)

Good knowledge of Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

**Essential Skills**
- Graduate-level education or equivalent work experience
- Able to generate and articulate ideas verbally and visually, with sound written communication skills
- Confident in communicating directly with clients, partners, suppliers and with internal team
- Ability to analyse a client’s need and help formulate the brief; with a practised knowledge of the design process and an ability to take a project from initial concept through to final outcome
- Confidently execute designs for a variety of print and digital mediums, including branding, marketing collateral, document design, infographics and more
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail in flight-checking work before output to client or production
- Great understanding of print production and finishing processes
- Ability to push ideas - go one step further
- Confidence to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Strong understanding of layout, typography and the ability to rationalise and explain your designs
- Follow and work with brand guidelines

**Advantageous Knowledge**

AfterEffects and Animation

3d Modelling (Sketchup, Cinema4D or similar)

Basic knowledge of HTML coding

This is a hybrid role, with an office based in Nantwich, Cheshire. 25 days holiday, plus all bank holidays per annum. One 'me day' per annum with £100 spending money. Private healthcare (after a 3 month trial period).

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
