**Role due to more growth initially working with one large contract / project.
Site based 15 people initially with ongoing site support of 6**
Start March or April 2023**Wicked SME company - Automotive / Automation / Engineering / **Construction**
Based in Rugby/Office based but also out on client sites (not extensive travel)
New bonus structure incoming to and reporting to the Projects director

**A bit about the company: -**

- We are looking for a can-do positive communicator with Site management / construction experience / **project manager** experience ideally with synergy in the construction sector.
- This is Not a prince 2 type structured role - it is hands on be seen and heard

- Team player
**The Role**:
Managing a £500,000 on going contract / project at a major client in the East Midlands
- A mix of site, home, and office - management of site and staff
- Customer facing - customer service - communication
- Reporting into the Project Director, delivering your super ideas and updates and client feedback
