**37 hours per week over 5 days, based in Preston**

**£23,722.45 per annum**

**What will you be doing in this role?**

You'll be working as part of our Asset Management team, who look after the repairs, maintenance and development of our properties. The role is office-based and involves taking calls from customers and colleagues and arranging appointments for repairs and servicing.

**What we are looking for in you**

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers reporting repairs, so you'll have outstanding customer service skills and be able to work on initiative to assess information and book in jobs for our Gateway Property Care colleagues.

You'll be a confident and accurate IT user, familiar with Microsoft systems. We use several bespoke software packages, on which full training will be given. If you can speak additional languages, that's a bonus. You don't have to have previous experience for this role, but you must be positive and willing to learn.
