If so, we have great opportunity for you to join our talented Health, Safety and Environment Department as a HS&E Advisor.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will need to be tenacious, adaptable, professional and above all a team player and will hold a full UK Driving Licence to fulfil the requirements of travel for this role.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Director of HS&E you will play a crucial role in supporting the Southern division team. You will be responsible for delivering professional in-house Health, Safety and Environment services predominantly covering sites in the Devon and extending to sites in the South West.

You will be supporting and promoting a positive and collaborative approach to health, safety and environment activities ensuring the Company complies and adheres to all current legislation, policies, and procedures.

The role is hybrid, with a mix of site visits, home working and occasional office days in Ringwood.

**Your Attributes**

**You will have**:

- An understanding of construction and / or health and safety are an advantage.
- A NEBOSH Certificate (or working towards).
- Good IT skills and attention to detail.
- A CSCS Card and member of IOSH (any level).
- A full UK Driving Licence.

- Strong communication skills with a positive can do attitude.
- The ability to develop relationships and trust.
